Metro Phoenix Community Teams

Metro Phoenix League has several different community teams dedicated to the work of The League. Each team meets monthly and they are as follows:


Phoenix Day Community Team

Our team meets on the 2nd Wednesday of the month, from 9:30 - 11:30am, at The Terraces (1/2 block west of 16th Street on Morten. The building is on the south side of the street....look for the the fountains.)

Details: Our Speaker will be Dianne Post, NOW (and multiple other groups); Subject:  The ERA:  What, It Isn't Law Already?? Why Not? Why It Is Still Needed AND What YOU Can Do to Get the AZ Legislature to Pass It.

Phoenix Evening Community Team

Our team meets on the 2nd Wednesday of the month, from 7pm - 8:30pm, at 2 W. Keim Dr. Phoenix.

Details: Our speaker will be Gerry Corey, LWV MP Voter Services Chair.  We will be developing a plan to register voters in our local area, focusing on  high school and post-secondary students. New members and persons interested in joining League are welcome to join us!

East Valley Community Team

Scottsdale Community Team
