Long Beach Alumnae Chapter of Delta Sigma Theta Sorority, Inc. Presents the 2023 Community Health and Awareness Fair

Long Beach, California - The Long Beach Alumnae Chapter of Delta Sigma Theta Sorority, Inc. and their strategic partners are excited to invite you to the 2023 Community Health and Awareness Fair on Saturday, May 27, 2023 from 12:00 PM to 6:00 PM at Houghton Park: 6301 Myrtle Ave Long Beach, CA 90805. The purpose of the Community Health and Awareness Fair is to collectively engage the community around national and local social action and health priorities. The fair will feature health screenings, community resources, food trucks, games, prizes/giveaways, a stroll competition, music, and MORE!

This family-friendly event is free and open to the public. Mayor Rex Richardson confirmed his attendance. Bobo from KJLH Radio is the emcee, accompanied by DJ Biggz. Fairgoers can also expect to celebrate during the award presentation for the 2023 Scholarship Recipients. The first 150 people in attendance at the fair will receive FREE meal vouchers.
