This is a book review of a book written by our very own Renee Simon, Long Beach League of Women Voters Member for many years.  Her book about the great city of Long Beach history is titled "Our Own Big City" and Harry Saltzgaver, Grunion Gazette Editor, provides great insight into the book and Renee.
