About the Trainers:
Sarah Diefendorf and Elaine McCarty are professional capacity building trainers with EFCWest, an East Bay nonprofit focused on empowering vulnerable populations through innovative leadership training and community capacity building in the United States and internationally.
Both Elaine and Sarah are active League of Women Voters members. Sarah was the former President of the San Francisco LWV, former Second Vice President of the National LWV and a former Board member and trainer for the California LWV.
