Speaker: Betty Valencia

Beatriz “Betty” Valencia is vice president of operations, business and finance for a firm in Orange County. She earned a bachelor’s degree in speech communication from CSUF and a master’s degree in organizational communication with a minor in business administration from New Mexico State University. She is currently in the third year of a doctoral program in leadership studies in the Education Department at Chapman University. Betty has done volunteer work for several decades in Las Cruces, New Mexico, and Orange County.
