Catherine Crump is an Assistant Clinical Professor of Law and Director of the Samuelson Law, Technology & Catherine CrumpPublic Policy Clinic at U.C. Berkeley Law School. She will speak about surveillance, public safety, privacy and civil rights. A former staff attorney for the ACLU, Professor Crump has focused her career on free speech, privacy and the impact of modern technology on the law.
