THIS MEETING WILL FOCUS ON EACH ATTENDEE PROVIDING THEIR (5-10 minute with Q&A) PRESENTATION OF FINDINGS ON:
1) Pages 8-17 of the Use of Force Polices - Diane/Inga and anyone else
2) DOJ Recommendations - Brenda Main and anyone else
3) City’s response to the inquiry concerning Lexipol policies - Muriel and anyone else
Please note that to respect everyone’s time and our limitations, I took the liberty of assigning folks to specific areas. I sent an e-mail to you all about the City’s response to our Lexipol inquiry. We will also provide an update on other activities like the Attorney General’s and AB 392, Discussion with City Councilman Larry Carr (inga) and ALCU Northern California Coalition on AB 392 Implementation.
I will be working on drafting an outline for our report to the LWVSC Board for further action.
