The California League of Women Voters takes a position on five statewide Propositions and your local Santa Barbara League of Women Voters takes a position on Measure R that will be on the Ballot for Isla Vista voters. On May 16 the Education Committee of LWVSB presented "WHAT IS THE EVOLVING ROLE OF SBCC AS A CALIFORNIA COMMUNITY COLLEGE". This forum addressed how SBCC is rising to the many challenges it faces in fulfilling its complex mission.
