The City of Torrance invites members of the public to participate in discussions in the development of a Torrance Homeless Plan. The Torrance Social Services Commission is holding three listening sessions, where the public is invited to share their experiences and perceptions of homelessness in Torrance, and how the City might strengthen its response to address homelessness.

While not required, to help with planning, the public is requested to RSVP online or by emailing SocialServicesCommission [at] TorranceCA.Gov. Each listening session will be 90 minutes, and specific questions will be asked that will help inform the development of a homeless plan. Depending on the number of speakers who wish to be heard on each question, staff may be required to limit the amount of time for each speaker.

 If you are unable to attend, the Homeless Survey is available to submit your comments.
