In observance of President’s Day, City Hall, City offices and all Torrance Libraries will be closed Monday, February 15. Monday refuse and recycling will be collected on Tuesday, February 16. There will be no street sweeping on President’s Day. Normal street sweeping will return on Tuesday, February 16. #TorranceCA
