Our featured speaker is Viet Hoang, who serves as the Deputy City Manager for Torrance. He has been the staff liaison to the Social Services Commission since 2016. The Commission’s jurisdiction includes people experiencing homelessness, Veterans Affairs, adults with developmental disabilities and youth with special needs. In addition to his work with the Commission, Viet is responsible for organizational and leadership development at the City.
