The final webinar of the LWVMA 3-part webinar series on offshore wind, co-sponsored by the Environmental League of Massachusetts, is scheduled for this coming Thursday, January 18th, 1:00-2:00pm PT. We are very excited and pleased to share that special guest, Katie Theoharides, will be providing the opening for this event. Ms. Theorharides has held many key positions related to protecting the natural environment and state level advocacy for a clean, green energy future, including as Secretary of the Massachusetts Executive Office of Energy and Environmental Affairs in the Baker Administration. We are delighted she could join us for this final session.
In the culminating event of this 3-part series, you will learn about opposition messaging prevalent in the Northeast offshore wind sector and best practices for setting the record straight about this important clean energy resource. You will leave with access to a practical messaging guide and social media tool kit to help you identify and counter deceptive messaging practices.
