SPEAKERS:

•  Maureen Cropper  is a Distinguished University Professor at the University of Maryland, a Senior Fellow at Resources for the Future, and the former chair of the EPA Science Advisory Board Environmental Economics Advisory Committee.
•  Michael Greenstone  is the Milton Friedman Distinguished Service Professor in Economics at the University of Chicago, where he also directs the Becker Friedman Institute and the Energy Policy Institute at Chicago (EPIC). He co-led the Interagency Working Group on the Social Cost of Greenhouse Gases during the Obama administration.
•  Al McGartland  is the Director of the National Center for Environmental Economics and chief economist at the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency.

 Richard Revesz (Moderator)  is the AnBryce Professor of Law and Dean Emeritus at the New York University School of Law, where he directs the Institute for Policy Integrity.
