Barbara Barker has been webmaster for the Torrance Area League for many years. She has a great respect for the work and impact of the LWV. Barbara has served as Health Director, Social Policy Director, and Communications Director, as well as President of her local league and also as Communications Director for LWVC. She believes that communications is vitally important to the members and to the public. In 2019, she finally has a co-webmaster, Jill Verenkoff.
