LWVDE 100th Birthday Celebration

The League of Women Voters of the United States was officially formed on Feb 14, 1920. Happy 100th Birthday, LWV!

The League of Women Voters of Delaware is hosting a celebration of the League's 100th birthday to be held at the Rehoboth Beach Historical Society Museum in Rehoboth Beach from 5 to 7pm on February 14th.

The featured speaker, Dr. Cynthia Newton, is the Chair of the Political Science Department at Wesley College. She will present From Civil Disobedience to the Ballot Box, setting the stage for the League's centennial theme, Women Power the Vote.
