Residents of Newark City Council District 3 (south-west Newark) will elect a councilperson on April 9, 2024. LWVNCC and UUFN hosted a candidate forum on March 13, 2024 for the three candidates who have filed for the seat. Full forum video is posted in this article.

2024 NCC School Referenda
News

February referendum votes in Brandywine, Red Clay and Colonial districts were passed by the voters. Referenda in Appoquinimink in December and Smyrna in March failed. Appoquinimink will re-try its failed referendum on April 23, 204.
