The ACLU of Delaware is presenting a series of meetings, The Sussex Series: Making Waves.  The bimonthly meetings will focus on different topics and will include information sessions, trainings, guest speakers, important updates, and invaluable networking opportunities.  The meetings will be held in various locations in Sussex County and are free and open to the public.  

The second meeting will be held on February 8th, from 5:30-7:00pm at Fish On in Lewes (17300 N Village Main Blvd). The topic is entitled: Lobbying in Legislative Hall & Planning a Lobby Day.   The meeting will provide a training on lobbying in legislative hall and invite participants to plan a lobby day in Dover during the upcoming legislative sessions.  The workshop is conducted by Kathleen MacRae, Executive Director of the American Civil Liberties Union of Delaware.
