The purposes of LWVVC are to promote political responsibility through informed and active participation in government, to act on selected governmental issues, and to provide members the opportunity to be engaged in the League to the extent they desire.

Our goals:

  • Educate, motivate, and empower citizens for the upcoming elections.
  • Listen to under-represented groups and educate ourselves and our community on historic and ongoing systemic racism.
  • Promote collaboration and build positive relationships with diverse groups.
  • Educate and advocate in the areas of election integrity, public education, social justice, natural resources, and strong representative government.
