Join us at this very special 4th of July Parade to celebrate the 250th Birthday of the USA! We'll meet at the Downers North Parking Lot along Main Street by 12:00 pm, and the step-off is at 1 pm. We will have a sign-making event on July 2nd at the DG Public Library. You can sign up for both events through the link below! Dress in patriotic colors and be part of the Kazoo Corps (sing Yankee Doodle Dandy through a kazoo), march with nonpartisan signs, or hand out candy. We appreciate donations of non-meltable candy! We'll have two cars also for non-marchers. All are welcome!!
