This virtual meeting will be members' opportunity to review current positions of our local league and of the League of Women Voters of the United States (LWVUS).   Every two years LWVUS holds a convention.  In alternate years there is a convention of LWVIL.   In advance of the convention local leagues are invited to review current positions to decide if they are still appropriate or should be re-visited through a new study.   Studies of new areas of concern can also be recommended.   You can prepare for this meeting by going to https://www.lwv.org/manage-your-league/council-convention.
