We can remove your League's display of the "LWV Member Portal" button that now displays in the login bar (far left), so please submit this form if your League opts to NOT DISPLAY the "LWV Member Portal" button. Please submit the following:

• Your League homepage URL: This URL includes your League's state and League name (state only if State League). For example, LWV Spokane Area (WA) would submit https://my.lwv.org/washington/spokane-area.
• Your League homepage Node URL: This URL can be found on your New/Edit Draft button or the "edit" link from the Manage Content list. From a page's New or Edit Draft button, the URL would look something like https://my.lwv.org/node/12345, and from the Manage Content list, it would look like https://my.lwv.org/node/2181/edit?destination=manage-league/2175/content.

These URLs are necessary so that the MyLO system can identify all pages associated with your MyLO site and disable the display of the "LWV Member Portal" across all of those pages.
