The Lexington League will hold a First Friday meeting with Marian Cohen, Director, Center for Social Research Framingham State University, Lexington resident, Town Meeting member, and co-author of the Report on the Town Wide Survey 2022, who will present its results.
This is the third town-wide survey held by the Vision For Lexington (formerly the Vision 2020) Committee as it gathered information about the importance to responders in the seven areas of economic development, public education, environmental health and sustainability, physical characteristics, diversity, equity and inclusion, town government, and town services. They were asked to evaluate the Town’s performance in those areas and to prioritize the single most important issue within the seven areas. The Select Board, School Committee, and Planning Board use the results from the survey over the next five years as they implement policies.
First Fridays are a monthly forum usually held on the first Friday of every month. Speakers present on topics of importance to Lexington residents.
To see previous First Friday Forums, go to Past Events in the Calendar and search for "First Friday".
