Gretchen Reisig, Vice-Chair of the Affordable Housing Trust Study Committee, and Sarah Morrison, Executive Director of the Lexington Housing Assistance Board, Inc. (LexHAB), will discuss how affordable housing can be created in Lexington, including recent proposals to create an Affordable Housing Trust and for LexHAB to become independent of the Town.
