The League of Women Voters of Lexington invites you to a First Friday Forum on March 4, 2022, at 9:30AM discussing how Governor Baker’s ‘Housing Choice’ proposal requiring MBTA communities to permit a reasonable amount of multi-family housing, enacted in January 2020, will affect Lexington and its neighbors. 

Chris Kluchman, FAICP, Deputy Director, Community Services Division, Department of Housing and Community Development (DHCD), will discuss the draft DHCD MBTA community guidelines, and the roadmap for implementation.
