The League of Women Voters national organization sees climate change as a "serious threat facing our nation and planet... supports climate goals and policies that are consistent with the best available climate science... individuals, communities, and governments must address this issue at all levels--local, state, regional, national, national, and global."

The Board of LWV-Holland wants to be known locally as fully supporting this national position, especially as we approach the 2019 local elections and the 2020 national elections.
