The statewide Promote the Vote campaign is on and active. This effort to amend the Michigan Constitution to create a voting system that works for all Michigan citizens; make voting more accessible and ensure votes are secure and counted is a primary focus of LWVHA. All members are encouraged to sign the Promote the Vote petitions that will place the ballot proposal on the November electoral ballot. 400,000 legitimate signatures will need to be collected by June 30.
