The last day to register to vote in the Nov. 3 election is Oct. 7. Request an absentee or mail-in ballot at least a week before the Oct.  20 deadline.
 
Information on the candidates and ballot issues will be available Oct. 5 on VOTE411.org. A print guide will be published in the St. Louis Post-Dispatch on Oct. 16 and available at area Schnucks stores.
 
Voters can have their absentee or mail-in ballots notarized for free in the League office at 8706 Manchester Rd., Suite 104. Click here for a list of other free notaries.
