Once content is cloned
Your clone will be exactly the same as the original, with the exception of the words "Clone of" added to the beginning of the content's title. You can make any changes at the point of cloning or thereafter.
Create an exact copy of a published content item. If no published version is available, then the most recent draft will be cloned. Content that can be cloned includes action alerts, articles, events, pages, positions, and webforms. All of the original content's settings will be intact but you can make any changes before you first save the clone from its editing form.
The only requirement before you can clone content is that you must be listed as that content's author. Use the Operations menu from Manage Content to change the author of the selected content (then Execute). Follow this guide.
Locate the content item in the list then select the clone link under Operations.
While in view mode (view draft or view published), the link to clone is located under the webmaster tabs.
While on any page with a view, you can access the context menu for those content items. Just hover your mouse over that content item, click the cog/gear to open the context menu, then select the last option: Clone.
