Learn how to run a nonpartisan candidate forum! LWV has run candidate forums for decades, so we have the knowldege and experiece to empower fellow advocates to run a nonpartisan and fair forum.

LOS ANGELES, CA, April 13, 2014: The League of Women Voters of Los Angeles Education Fund, the League of Women Voters Los Angeles County and ONEgeneration will co-host a forum for all candidates contending for the Office of Sheriff in the June 3rd primary. All seven candidates have been invited to participate in a moderated forum of one hour and forty–five minutes, which is free to the public. There will be additional time to meet with the candidates after the forum.
