National Voter Registration Day is September 19. The League of Women Voters of the Cooperstown Area will be registering Voters at the Cherry Valley Bookstore, The Grand Union in Hartwick Seminary and the Village Library of Cooperstown and the LWV of Oneonta at Hartwick College and SUNY Oneonta.
