Our League is proud to be a part of the Naturalization Ceremonies by welcoming the new citizens and providing Voter Registration forms and our First Vote pamphlet to help them through our election system. The ceremony is open to the public, as well as to friends and family. Those who attend often feel a sense of national pride and admiration for the accomplishments of the new citizens.

In addition to being present to see 100 individuals become US citizens, you can hear keynote speaker, Jeh Johnson, former Secretary of Homeland Security in the Obama administration. Secretary Johnson is a Dutchess County native. He grew up in Wappingers Falls, New York and is a 1975 graduate of Roy C. Ketcham High School.
