The League of Women Voters Mid-Hudson will hold a Voters' Rally Breakfast/Brunch at Deisings' Bakery.  The League will explain the duties and responsibilities of the various contested Ulster County positions up for election this year. Following the rally, attendees can head right out and make good use of the early voting opportunity available for the first time in New York State.  The breakfast will end at noon, and early voting is open at SUNY Ulster Kingston campus (as well as six other Ulster locations) until 3 p.m. that day.
