Blair Horner, the Executive Director of the New York Public Interest Research Group, gives an overview of what New York currently is doing to fight the effects of climate change as it relates to the Climate Leadership & Community Protection Act (CLCPA) scoping plan and what needs to be the focus for the immediate future including an emphasis on Social Justice.
