The LWVWP has been busy planning our 2024 Vote18 voter registration activities at local high schools and Westchester Community College. We have already:

• submitted our grant for additional funding, which has been approved for the last two years,
• presented our program at the United Nations Day of the Girl Conference in Manhattanville in October, and
• registered eligible students at the White Plains High School on December 21st, where we plan on returning for several more initiatives.

Again, we look forward to working with: Alexander Hamilton HS, Archbishop Stepinac HS, Valhalla HS, Woodlands HS, White Plains HS, Westchester Community College, and other youth forums.

Our league member participation has been critical to making Vote18 effective, and after our schedule is complete, we will invite you to participate through Sign-Up Genius. (Please note that one of the program coordinators, either Beth Kava or Alan Cass, will be in all classes to lead the lessons, and at tables to register.) Volunteers will help students to navigate the registration process and distribute and collect materials and forms.
