Last day to apply for an absentee ballot in the following ways:

• online
• phone
• e-mail
• fax
• mail (postmark must be Oct. 27 or earlier)

The application must be received by close of buisiness. 

Notes:

1. The post office cannot guarantee the timely delivery of absentee ballots applied for less than 15 days before the election.
2. Voters may apply in person for absentee ballots through Nov. 2, 2020.
3. Returned absentee ballots that are mailed must be postmarked no later than Nov. 3, 2020 and received by Nov. 10, 2020. 
4. Absentee ballots can also be dropped at early voting locations during early voting or at a polling site on Nov. 3.
