The Third Annual South Bay Festival of the Arts on Saturday provided hours of fun activities suitable for all ages. It showcased dozens of performances on three different stages, a wide range of workshops and classes, an art show, food vendors, live art demonstrations and even an enchanted forest for children.
Thank you Athena Pacquette Cormier, 2018-19 LWVTA Co-President, for helping to make the festival a rocking success! We enjoyed taste testing samples of tea and locally made wine and beer.
Entertaining Friends provided cheese, fruit and other appies to go with all that wine.
Tom Kenny & the Hi-Seas cranked up the summer vibe on the Torrance Refining Company Stage in the Torino Plaza.
Singer and pianist Jessica Lombardozzi performed her intimate solos in the Nakano Theater.
Regina Klenjoski Dance Company trained their junior dancers (RKDC Jr.), who performed at the Armstrong Theater.
Pink's was a popular spot to meet and greet friends while enjoying its iconic hot dogs.
Chenin Kei Desserts provided a variety of tasty sweets.
Christie Huff closed the show at the outdoor stage.
A big shout out to all the other volunteers (including the the LWVTA Laiason, Sue Herbers, and Treasurer, Cinda Herring) who helped to make the South Bay Festival of the Arts a joyous occasion.
