Please fill out the Membership Information Form. Once you've submitted the form, you'll receive an emailed copy. Print this copy and mail it with your check to:

Your membership goes directly to our state and national LWV organizations. An additional donation will help the League continue our local programs for education and/or advocacy.

Your non tax-deductible gift will support our League's action priorities. Make your check payable to LWVMC, a 501(c)(4) organization.

Your tax-deductible gift will support our League's education activities. Make a separate check payable to the LWV Education Fund, a 501(c)(3) organization.

Your gift will support our joining/renewing League members to ensure all have access to affordable membership dues. Make your check payable to LWVMC, a 501(c)(4) organization.
