Starting Monday, 6/29, PBS SoCal will be airing a two-part series as part of its “Trailblazers” initiative, celebrating 100 years of women’s suffrage in America. The documentary, titled “And She Could Be Next” follows women candidates and organizers who are transforming American politics. PBS is celebrating the 100th anniversary of the passage of the 19th Amendment by honoring and commemorating those who fought for women’s suffrage in the US, the feminist movement throughout the 20th century, and those who continue to shatter the glass ceiling and transform modern history.
