Join the League of Women Voters of Charlotte Mecklenburg for this important public engagement session “Impact on Equity: How Will the CMS Comprehensive Plan Improve Educational Opportunities for All Students?” CMS is in a review period (through November) of major building projects, changes in magnet programs, and alterations to school boundaries and student assignment.
The CMS staff leading this review will present an overview of the plan and entertain questions from the audience during a moderated panel:

- Walter Hall, Director of Magnet Programs
- Dr. Claire Schuch, Director of Planning Services
Participants may choose between in-person and virtual attendance. This hybrid event will run from 6:30pm-8:00pm at the Government Center and over Zoom. In-person attendees may join us for light refreshments at 6:00pm.
