Community Activities

Though I have not been active in recent years because of family commitments I did work as a Town Meeting Member in 2011 and was an active member of Precinct 9.

Why are you running for a position as a Town Meeting Member?  Is there a particular issue you hope to address?

I have been a resident of Lexington for the last 37 years and TMM in 2011. I now have time to give back to my hometown and would like to start with issues concerning our senior citizens. I will review the current senior issues that are being worked on and work with other members to bring those to a closure and see a positive impact. I am also aware of some others that I would like to bring to the town and work to address those and to make an ever bigger impact in the coming years.

The other area that I am personally interested in is to make Lexington an even prettier and greener city. We are a very environmentally conscientious town but continued improvement should be something that we aspire and execute on.
