Town Meeting has now been held in person, remote, and hybrid. Which format, from your perspective, has provided the best format going forward?

I whole-heartedly agree with the majority of Town Meeting members who prefer the hybrid format that we piloted successfully last fall. While a majority of Town Meeting members still choose to participate in-person, most appreciated having the option of remote participation. For those participating remotely, it was a boon to those with young children, those traveling, those with health issues or with mobility challenges. My goal is always to find ways to make the meeting more accessible to all – and hybrid meetings are an important tool towards that goal.
