The School Building Committee has approved a plan, “Bloom” for the new high school and building on the current playing fields in the Center. Do you support this decision? If not, what would you propose as an alternative?

I believe that the “Bloom" configuration is the best of the options presented. It provides the least disruption to educational services during the construction period. The short term loss of athletic fields will be mitigated my additional fields at Harrington, and following construction, those fields will serve as a needed addition to Lexington.
