The School Building Committee has approved a plan, “Bloom” for the new high school and building on the current playing fields in the Center. Do you support this decision? If not, what would you propose as an alternative?
LHS is Lexington’s prized jewel and reflects our cherished values — but clearly needs a new home.
As incoming TMM, I’m still learning about Bloom. My initial focus is on gathering Precinct 7 perspectives.
Bloom is the currently favored plan — but it’s expensive, and faces fiscal and governance battles.
This won’t be easy. But creativity and analytical rigor — from my degrees at Harvard and MIT plus my career in finance and investing — ought to help.
