Format: Appetizer and Desert pot luck. Business meeting and raffle prizes.

Our Annual meeting is just around the corner. We are excited to get together to both socialize and to look towards planning for the next year. This year we have some important items to discuss, and we will also be voting on our officers' slate. Because we want this opportunity to be as inclusive as possible, we’ve picked a space that not only has its own parking lot but also has an elevator. The format for the night is an appetizer/desert potluck, but there are many other ways you can contribute to the event if you prefer. We are asking you to label your food items (note cards will be provided at the meeting if you should need them) so that individuals with dietary concerns can choose food items safely. We are also in need of folks to help set up and clean up. We’d love for some of you to bring flowers from your garden in a vase for the various tables. We’d love to have six vases of flowers. You may also donate cash; there will be a jar for donations as you come in. Finally, since the raffle was so well received at the holiday tea (thank you, Sandy M. and Carol L.!) and last year’s annual meeting, we thought we’d do this again!
