Greg Coleridge is Outreach Director of Move to Amend.
The 19th Amendment, "extending the right of suffrage to women," was passed by the US Senate in June 1919 and ratified shortly thereafter by the state of Ohio.
Please share hor d'oeuvres and wine with current LWVOA members and their friends for an afternoon of socializing that includes a program of messages and (very short!) addresses from State and National politicians and local historians.
The League of Women Voters of the Oberlin Area invites you to find out more about the Issues on which Oberlin residents will be voting in the May 7 election.
