Description

Constitution Day, also known as citizenship day, is an American Federal observance that recognizes the adoption of the United States Constitution. There will be three facilitated break out sessions covering:

  • Ammendment 14
  • Ammendment 2
  • Ammendment 1

Box lunch will be available. Brought to you by the Lorain County Urban League Guild partnered with the League of Women Voters of the Oberlin Area and Lorain County Rising. We hope to see you there!

Constitution Day is an American federal observance that recognizes the adoption of the United States Constitution and those who have become U.S. citizens. It is normally observed in September on the day in 1787 that delegates to the Constitutional Convention signed the document in Philadelphia.
