Dr. Keith Reeves, Professor of Political Science at Swarthmore College, will discuss the collateral consequences of having 2.3 million of our fellow citizens incarcerated.

Dr. Reeves, founder of the College's in-prison education program, will also focus on whose interests are served ⎯ and what are the implications for racial equality, justice and democracy in America?

Previously, Dr. Reeves was an associate professor of public policy at Harvard University's John. F. Kennedy School of Government. He is also a former Henry Luce Scholar and the author of Voting Hopes or Fears? White Voters, Black Candidates & Racial Politics in America

This is a free event and no registration is required.

We hope you will join us for this important discussion on how this issue impacts our democracy.
