Our speakers: Joelle Keats, Social Studies Dept. Chair, North Allegheny School District and Karina Montgomery, Mt. Lebanon High School Social Studies Teacher, are our teacher nominee's, selected in a competitive process, who traveled to Boston this August to be trained by Professor Moss and the Harvard Case Method Project, an exciting new way to teach civics in High School.   The teachers will talk about what they learned during their training and we, as a League, can provide input on how to proceed with the program's implementation in our schools!  Read more about this exciting program in the Sept Voter! Catered dinner will be served.
