Rear Admiral (Ret.) Ann C. Phillips Special Assistant to the Governor for Coastal Adaptation and Protection, will report the early results from the new Cabinet position, plus review the resilience-focused legislation from the 2019 Virginia General Assembly Session.

Joining Admiral Phillips is Christine Morris, Chief Resilience Officer for the City of Norfolk. Ms. Morris will describe the city’s long-range plan and the $112M federally-funded disaster resilience grant won by Virginia for one of Norfolk’s many historic areas.
