Citizens in Outagamie County will be able to vote on an advisory referendum about the Dark Stores tax loophole in the November election. Your LWV-Appleton is here to provide information so that you can cast an informed vote on November 6!
Curt Witynski, Deputy Director of the League of Wisconsin Municipalities will speak about the Dark Stores tax loophole. Curt manages the LWM’s lobbying program, including representing the League regarding legislation, and was previously the LWM’s Legal Counsel. Deann Brosman, City Assessor for Appleton, will join Curt to discuss local impacts of the Dark Stores loophole.
